We have developed a training and startup plan for Visual Lims, result of 25 years of experience, which allows us to get your lab up and running with our software in just a few days, depending on its size and complexity of lab. The plan is divided into two phases:

The first phase includes an initial training on the program’s various features, held at the client’s site and aimed at key lab personnel, with start-up support.

The second phase includes training and consulting on-demand and remotely accessible for one or two hours at a time, allowing for focus on specific topics and a review of basic features and procedures.

The entire program is designed and customized to meet the specific needs of each lab.

This reduces learning time, staff downtime, and travel costs.
